Game Set Match Tennis Academy (based out of World Gym Setauket) 18 & Under Junior Team Tennis represented the Long Island Region this past weekend in the U.S.T.A.'s sectionals. They took 3rd place in the advance category. The World Gym Setauket's 14 & under took 4th place in the intermediate category. These are both newly formed teams, having never competed in USTA Junior Tennis. After Playoffs and Regionals, this is a huge accomplishment as well as honor for these athletes to represent Long Island in the USTA sectionals that took place June 15 & 16 in Albany....and to think, these talented & spirited kids live right here in the 3 Village area!
