The development of the 2012-2013 school budget has been far from simple. Public discussion started nearly six months ago, and continues to swirl following the on May 15.
The school board and administration are now tasked with creating a new budget – one which they have promised will stick to the cap of a 2.99 percent tax levy increase – for the community to approve or reject in the June 19 re-vote.
