No arrests have been made as of Tuesday morning, police said.

The death at the Russian Consulate occurred — most likely coincidentally — on Election Day during an election where a Democratic Candidate Hillary Clinton has accused Russian officials of hacking her email server and the email server of the Democratic National Convention in order to influence the vote.
