The Westchester Children’s Association hopes to raise $6.5 million during its centennial campaign, which lasts through the end of 2015.

Westchester Children’s Association Starts Centennial Celebration, Campaign

On Jan. 15, the Westchester Children’s Association announced the start of its 100th anniversary celebration at Sam’s of Gedney Way in White Plains.

The Children’s Association, located in White Plains, is nonprofit group dedicated to improving the lives of the county’s children by shaping policies and programs to meet their needs.

Patricia Lanza, president of the Lanza Family Foundation, also pledged $500,000 in a matching challenge grant in support of WCA’s current $6.5 million centennial campaign. Donations for the campaign, which runs through the end of 2015, can be made here.
