The location of the iconic Hamilton’s Grill Room, and most recently Brian’s at the Grill – directly next to The Boat House – has undergone a transformation that celebrates this community’s historical narrative – that is both innovative and uprising. Both Dinner and Weekend Lunch menus showcases woodfire proteins from an open kitchen concept accented by a large selection of appetizers, pastas, tavern style entrees and specials, perfect for everyday dining, cocktails and lite bites, or special occasions. All cuisine can be complemented by specialty craft drinks, wine and beer from our all-new cocktail menu.

Revolution Woodfire Grille offers outdoor seating, under mature trees and a canopy of lights. Simply turn down the private lane between Lambert + Hope and the prior Finkle’s Lighting Warehouse to find this secluded outdoor experience tucked between the Raritan Canal and The Boat House, for an alfresco dining and cocktail experience unlike any other.
