3 Cleveland Men Appear in Court for Shooting Up Grandmother's House
The men allegedly kicked in her door, left and returned with guns.

Three men appeared in court Saturday for shooting up a grandmother’s house in an ongoing dispute with her grandson.
Two of them were accused of kicking in the 73-year-old woman’s door and shouting, only to leave and return with another man to shoot up her house.
Cleveland.com reports that the men — Antwan Adams, 18, Eric Tyson, 24, and Virgil Surrell, 29 — were spotted by an off-duty Clevleand police officer on Juddson Avenue brandishing guns. He reported the situation over his radio before witnessing the men open fire on the woman’s house. He also saw them jump into a black Chevrolet Cobalt and drive away.

They were later spotted by on-duty officers and followed to Benwood Avenue where they were stopped and found to be in possession of a gun that was reported stolen in a 2010 robbery.
The trio are being held on $250,000 bond and will appear before a grand jury. Adams is also being held on a $500,000 bond for an October aggravated murder charge.
