The Heights Emergency Food Center is hosting a benefit party from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10 at B Side Liquor Lounge.
All proceeds from the $25 tickets will help the center buy food and will include food, beer and wine from local businesses. The event is sponsored by the Equal Food Fund.
The benefit will also include basket raffles, a 50/50 raffle and a silent auction. People who cannot attend but would like to support the Heights Emergency Food Center can make a donation on the center's Eventbrite site, where attendees can also purchase tickets.
The Heights Emergency Food Center has provided food for individuals and families in emergency situations since 1981. The non-profit serves Cleveland Heights, University Heights, South Euclid and Lyndhurst.
