Police said the man appeared to have urinated both on himself and on parts of his car.

SOLON, OH — A 33-year-old Parma man appeared to urinate on himself and all over his car shortly before a traffic stop on April 22. Police said the man's zipper was open when they talked to him.

The man's car was tracked after callers reported seeing a car driving erratically on US 422, near Harper Road. Officers were able to find the car near the overpass of Cannon Road. The car was parked and the hazard flashers were on. The right front wheel of the car was partially on the wall of the overpass.

The driver was walking around near the car. When police approached him they saw that he had urinated on himself. He also apparently urinated on his car seat and the wall next to his car. The man's zipper was still open. Officers decided the man was probably impaired.
