Who Should Replace Pat Shurmur and Tom Heckert?

It has been reported today that the Cleveland Browns' head coach and General Manager Tom Heckert have been fired on Monday.

Who Should Replace Pat Shurmur and Tom Heckert?

Everyone saw it coming after the Cleveland Browns 24-10 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday, but it was confirmed on Monday: Head Coach Pat Shurmer and General Manager Tom Heckert are gone.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported through Twitter Monday morning that both had been fired after a less-than-stellar 5-11 season.

Shurmer had a dismal 9-23 record over his first two seasons as the head coach. He took the position in 2011.

Heckert was hired in 2010.

With Shurmur out the door, the Browns will begin their search for a new head coach immediately.

The Plain Dealer reports some names in the running are University of Oregon coach Chip Kelly, Penn State's Bill O'Brien, Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator and interim head coach Bruce Arians and Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan.

Other names in discussion are former Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid, who was fired on Sunday, and former Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Jon Gruden.

Who would you like to see take the reigns of the Browns next season? Tell us your opinion in the comments section below.
