Gun Rights is Topic of Republican Club Meeting

The Strongsville Republican Club will host Jim Irvine, chairman of Buckeye Firearms, at its meeting Monday, Feb. 11.

Irvine will lead a discussion of the second amendment and gun rights.

The meeting is set for 7 p.m. at Old Town Hall, 18825 Royalton Rd.

Buckeye Firearms Association is a grassroots political action committee dedicated to defending and advancing the right of Ohio citizens to own and use firearms for all legal activities, including self-defense, hunting, competition and recreation.

Buckeye Fireams works to elect pro-gun candidates and lobby for pro-gun legislation.

Anyone interested in politics and today's issues is welcome to attend.

While parking is limited at the town hall, there's plenty of free parking at the Chamber of Commerce office and CVS store next door.
