Another Embarrassment for Clackamas Elections as Uncounted Ballots Found
Officials say the votes did not effect the final outcome of any elections.

Hundreds of ballots from Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington County were found weeks after the final results were announced from the primaries on May 17.
The ballots - 341 of them - were found last week in Clackamas County as election officials did a final inventory of equipment.
Officials say they reviewed the ballots and while all of them were turned in on time, they were never counted until last week.

Once counted, officials determined even if they had been counted on election day, they would not have made a difference in any race.
This is not the first time Clackamas election officials have had problems.

In 2014, they printed ballots listing the Democrat Party instead of the Democratic Party. In 2012, an employee was caught tampering with ballots; and in 2010, ballots had to be reprinted because of a typo.
