Oregon Standoff Latest: Fifth Guilty Plea in Case
Wesley Kjar, who was at the refuge for less than a week, pleads guilty.

A fifth guilty plea Thursday related to the 41-day armed takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.
Wesley Kjar, who was at the refuge for less than week - from January 4th through January 9th - pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy.
When he is sentenced on October 28, Kjar is expected to receive six months of home detention followed by up to three years of supervised released.

Kjar has no previous criminal record. He was arrested in Utah, where he's from, in February.
His plea follows those of Jason Blomgren, Eric Lee Flores, Corey Lequieu, and Geoffrey Stanek.

There are still 21 defendants in the case, which is set to go to trial on September 7th.
