Military Smiles: Abington Dentists Offer Special Service To Vets
Local dentists are hoping to put a smile on the faces of veterans around the area.

Three Montgomery County dentists are going to bring a smile to the faces of Montgomery County veterans, who are without dental insurance and have limited financial resources, on November 18 when they provide free dental services to veterans.
The one-day “Give Vets a Smile” pilot program will provide a free, one-hour appointment that will include a check-up, cleaning, and basic dental procedure in dental offices in Abington, Jenkintown, and Lansdale.
The effort is being organized by Dr. Jay Freedman of Abington, who hopes the program patterned after “Give Kids a Smile” will continue to grow.
