Ambler Man Arrested For Owing $21K In Child Support

NORRISTOWN, PA -- Sheriff’s deputies arrested 11 deadbeat parents, who owed $126,218.63 in child support arrearages for 16 children, during an overnight sweep on Wednesday, February 3, Montgomery County Sheriff Sean P. Kilkenny announced.

“One of the Sheriff’s Office priorities is to insure that deadbeat parents support their families,” Sheriff Sean Kilkenny said in a news release. “It is a testament to the professionalism of our deputies that our office does not miss a beat on rounding up 11 deadbeats spread throughout the county, on the same day as the Cosby hearing.”

Two teams of deputies, assisted by K9s, swept through Blue Bell, Glenside, Ambler, Norristown, King of Prussia, and other areas starting at 1:00 a.m., without any major incidents, the sheriff’s office said.

The following individuals were arrested:

• William Allen of 236 Girard Ave., Glenside, Pa., owes $39,615.39 for one child.
• Alphonse Defrancesco of 1580 Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, Pa., owes $28,252.32 for three children.
• David Dinenno of 2804 Limekiln Pike, Apt. B., Glenside, Pa., owes $7,390.67 for one child.
• Michael Dipaul of 390 Stoneybrook Rd., King of Prussia, Pa., owes $3,252.38 for one child.
• Matthew Edminster of 7 Elio Cir., Trappe, Pa., owes $16,470.62 for one child.
• Joshua Edsal of 30 N. Main St., Ambler, Pa., owes $21,521.33 for one child.
• William Kennon of 501 E. Philadelphia, Pa., owes $1,388.26 for three children.
• Nicholas Mongan of 121 Salem Rd., Schwenksville, Pa., owes $1,787.66 for one child.
• Thomas Hakeem of 40 E. 3rd St., Pottstown, Pa., owes $828.78 for one child.
• Crystal Simmons of 605 Howard St., Stowe, Pa., owes $4,119.75 for two children.
• Terry Walker of 554 Kohn St., Norristown, Pa., owes $1,591.47 for one child.
