A taxi cab was fully engulfed in flames Friday afternoon in Ardmore, according to the Merion Fire Company of Ardmore.

ARDMORE, PA – A taxi cab was engulfed in flames Friday afternoon in Ardmore, prompting crews from the Merion Fire Company of Ardmore to leap into action.
According to officials, the car fire broke out at about 4:12 p.m. at Glenn Road and Montgomery Avenue in Ardmore.
Upon arrival, crews found the vehicle fully involved, fire officials said.

No one was injured in the fire, officials said.
The all traffic lanes in the area were blocked for 45 minutes as crews battled the flames.
