The township made the parking changes to accommodate construction of One Ardmore Place by Dranoff Properties, which has been mired in controversy and even underwent several court hearings.

"Please refer to the plan to keep track of any changes that could affect your routine and commute," the township website says. Township documents say the plan is "dynamic" and will be able to accommodate changes in construction, saying the township, Dranoff Properties, and the Ardmore Initiative Residents will have "ongoing coordination" with the changes.
