Police: Two Ardmore Businesses Burglarized
In each burglary, cash was taken from a register.
Two Ardmore businesses were burglarized in the early part of the week, Lower Merion Township Police said Tuesday morning.
Martin Main Line Honda on East Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore was burglarized overnight on Monday, Nov. 24, police said. A burglar or burglars entered around 2:40 a.m. and removed cash from a service-area cash register.
The Exxon Service Station on West Montgomery Avenue in Ardmore was burglarized early Tuesday morning, police said. Officers responded to a burglar alarm at 4:39 a.m. Nov. 25, and discovered that a burglar or burglars had entered the service station through a bay door window. Force had been used to access a cash register and cash was removed, police said.
