Lately, we've been asking Patch readers about what kind of businesses they think should move into vacant spots around town.

The subject of this week's Vision for a Vacancy is 26 E Athens Ave. in Ardmore.

After 51 years in Ardmore, . The stand-alone building, right next to the , has been empty since the University of Pennsylvania thrift shop moved out.

The spot is zoned commercial, and so could house another retail shop.
