Montgomery County Coroner Walter I. Hofman reportedly identified the man as Michael Peterman, 25, of Freeland Avenue in Philadelphia's Roxborough section. The body had been discovered by bridge inspectors near Righters Ferry Road and the Schuylkill Expressway.
