Bensalem HS Senior Had Sex With 14-Year-Old Girl: Police

BENSALEM, PA -- A Bensalem High School senior has been arrested for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl, according to police.

Police first investigated Eric Word, 18, when a 19-year-old woman said that Word had taken photos off of her phone without her consent, according to police. The images were of the 19-year-old and an 18-year-old girl in their underwear.

A forensic download of Word's phone revealed videos of him engaging in sexual intercourse with two females, including a 14-year-old, police said.

They also said they found several other images on his phone of "young females" of indeterminate age wearing only underwear. Police were still attempting to identify the individuals on Thursday afternoon.

Word was arraigned Thursday and charged with computer theft, corruption of minors, and invasion of privacy, authorities said.
