Bensalem SD Reportedly Bans Clown Costumes From Halloween Events
The decision comes on the heels of a 12-year-old Bensalem boy being charged with terroristic threats after clown social media posts.

The Bensalem Township School District has reportedly but the kibosh on clown costumes at the district's schools, according to the Bucks County Courier Times.
The outlet reports that clown costumes have been added to the list of banned costumes, which includes costumes with blood or weapons, in district schools.
A spokeswoman for Bensalem Township School District told the Times that the ban is "for the safety of everyone, specifically (to ease) the anxiety of both students and parents, due to current social media concerns across the country."
