Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP) changes lives by providing scholarship funding for Philadelphia families to choose a tuition-based school that meets their student’s educational needs. CSFP is the largest and most diverse provider of K-8th scholarship support in Pennsylvania, focusing on the highest-need students in the lowest-achieving schools in the city. During the 2025-26 school year, CSFP awarded more than 6,800 scholarships for K-8th grade students enrolled at nearly 150 area tuition-based schools. A drifting tractor trailer caused the accident that closed a portion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bucks County Thursday afternoon, according to media reports.<a href="http://www.buckscountycouriertimes.com/news/communities/bensalem/state-police-drifting-tractor-trailer-driver-caused-accident/article_c2a6a642-0bb8-5f8f-8f16-a3d6e0b33982.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The Bucks County Courier Times reported</a> that the accident, which was reported around 11 a.m., happened after the tractor trailer drifted off the roadway and hit a guardrail. The truck then hit a curb at the Neshaminy Creek bridge, causing it to jackknife.The accident closed the westbound lanes at mile marker 355 near the Route 1 interchange in Bensalem.
