Cranberry could be getting beautified in the future.
Ron Henshaw, Cranberry’s director of community development, said the beauty retailer has applied to occupy the space currently in use by Lenscrafters in the Cranberry Mall along Route 19 as well as the space next to it.
He did not have an opening date for the beauty retailer.
Ulta is part of a nationwide chain of stores carrying a variety of cosmetic and skincare brands, fragrances and hair care products.
Each store typically is outfitted with a full-service salon.
This will be the first Ulta in the Cranberry area. The retailer also has locations along McKnight Road in Ross Township, in Robinson and at the Waterfront in Homestead.
