Bicycle Stolen from Front of MOM's, Police Report

The bike owned by a restaurant employee was taken Monday evening, according to a report released by the Doylestown Borough Police Department.

Bicycle Stolen from Front of MOM's, Police Report

An employee from MOM's reported to the Doylestown Borough Police Department Monday evening that his single-speed, black Origin 8 bicycle had been taken from the front of the restaurant.

The bike is valued at $250, according to the police.

Other police activity reported by the department this week includes:


A citation has been filed against a 33-year-old Bensalem man for allegedly threatening to cause bodily harm to an employee of the Lenape Valley Foundation group home on Hamilton Street on Tuesday, April 2. 

Drug Violations

A 24-year-old man from the Steeplechase Drive section of Doylestown was arrested April 4 at approximately 3:18 a.m. after officers received a report of someone kicking a vehicle on the tens block of E. State Street.

According to police, the man exhibited signs of intoxication and was found to possess a plastic tube with suspected narcotics residue in it, in addition to two unidentified pills and several packets of suspected Suboxone. 

Public Drunkenness

A 17-year old male student at Central Bucks High School West was cited on April 5 at approximately 8:10 a.m. after school officials reported he was allegedly under the influence of an unknown drug.

The student exhibited signs of intoxication and was transported to Doylestown Hospital for evaluation. 


A ceramic statue was removed from a garden in the front lawn of a residence on the 100 block of N. Clinton Street sometime during the overnight hours of Saturday, April 6 into Sunday, April 7.

The statue is approximately 3 feet high and is valued at approximately $75. 

Drug Violations

A 16-year old male student at Central Bucks High School West was arrested on Monday, April 8 at approximately 9:05 a.m. after school security reported that the male was in possession of a small amount of suspected marijuana. 


A resident of the 400 block of Lantern Drive reported that someone entered her vehicle and removed a stack of bank deposit slips. The theft occurred sometime between Friday, April 5 and Tuesday, April 9.
