Driver in Fatal 202 Crash Was on Drugs, Toxicology Report Reveals

Both Nicole Bereshny-Ott, of Hatfield, and Yan Zou, 50, of Jamison, were killed in the crash, which occurred shortly after 7 a.m. on March 21.

Driver in Fatal 202 Crash Was on Drugs, Toxicology Report Reveals

Drugs played a significant role in a double fatal car accident in Buckingham Township last month, the Bucks County coroner told The Intelligencer.

A toxicology report revealed Nicole Bereshny-Ott, 30, had “significant” levels of cocaine, marijuana, Xanax, Ambien and cough syrup in her system at the time of the fiery accident on Route 202, The Intelligencer reported.

Both Bereshny-Ott, of Hatfield, and Yan Zou, 50, of Jamison, were killed in the crash, which occurred shortly after 7 a.m. on March 21. 

According to officials, one of the vehicles crossed the center line, hitting the other. Both cars caught on fire.

Bereshny-Ott is a 2002 North Penn graduate and mother of two.
