Just hours after a surveillance photo was posted online, police have identified and arrested a 28-year-old Hatfield man for credit card theft.

Alexander Scott Kramlik, 28, was arrested Friday for allegedly stealing an elderly woman's credit card and withdrawing $330 from area ATMs.
