Newtown Township police say a 35-year-old Fairless Hills massage therapist inappropriately touched clients while employed at two Newtown salons.
According to court documents, John Goshey II has been charged with two felony counts of aggravated indecent assault and a felony count of unlawful contact with a minor after an investigation into complaints he was inappropriately touching women.
Two women said he touched them during a massage, the Courier Times reported. The most recent incident occurred over the summer at the Newtown Hand & Stone Salon in the Village at Newtown Shopping Center near McCaffrey’s, the publication reported.
According to the report, Goshey in the past worked at Urban Allure Salon located in the Newtown Athletic Club. The manager said a teen customer said Goshey inappropriately touched her during a massage in 2012.
Goshey is free after posting $50,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday in front of Judge Donald Nasshorn.
Goshey's LinkedIn profile indicates in the past, he worked at David J. Witchell Salon in Newtown for more than three years.
