Limerick Police Blotter

The Limerick Township Police responded to 166 incidents between September 19 and September 25, 2012.

Seafood appears to be a popular theft target, as another person was arrested at the Giant grocery store on Township Line Road for allegedly stealing two bags of frozen shrimp.

56-year-old Kenneth Miller was arrested and charged with theft after Giant employees told police he was observed allegedly placing two bags of uncooked shrimp in his jacket and walking out of the store.

Miller was detained by loss prevention staff before being arrested by Officer Patrick Roche. A records check showed Miller had several prior convictions for retail theft and was on probation in Chester County.

Miller was arraigned and bail was set at $15,000 unsecured. He was given notice of his preliminary hearing and released.

Two people were also arrested for retail theft at Philadelphia Premium Outlets on September 19.

Neiman Marcus' loss prevention officer called police to report she had observed on security cameras a male and a female cooperating to steal items from the store.

Leslie Michelle Robinson, 47, and Tyrone Darryl Geiger, 52, allegedly took several shirts and pairs of shoes from the store. The stolen items were valued at $529.00.

Police report that Robinson and Geiger were allegedly concealing items in a black bag, which was recovered as evidence.

Both Robinson and Geiger were arrested and charged with theft, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy. Robinson's bail was set at $20,000, and she was remanded to Montgomery County Correctional Facility. Geiger's bail was set at $10,000, 10 percent, and he was also remanded to MCCF. Both await hearings.
