Man Allegedly Flashed Gun At Muslim Women At Limerick Outlets: Report

A Bucks County man who allegedly flashed a handgun at two Muslim woman at the Limerick outlets will head to trial, accoridng to a report.
Thomas W. Driver, 52, is accused of brandishing the handgun at the women while they were shopping after shouting a “litany of obscenities” at them, the report states.
Driver, described by his own attorney as a “gun enthusiast,” drew law enforcement attention last Thursday when he walked with his German shepherd wearing a ballistic vest near the Bucks County Justice Center in Doylestown, according to The Intelligencer.

He told law enforcement he was “training the dog to sniff bombs,” the report states.
While he awaits trial, Driver has been told to stay away from the courthouse and to keep his guns at home, according to the report. He is charged with terroristic threats, and the prosecution will attempt to prove ethnic intimidation.
