UPDATE: Truck Driver Reportedly Crushed To Death By Load of PVC Pipes

A load of pipes fell on a truck driver when he was trying to unload them Friday morning in Limerick, a report states.

Limerick, PA — One man has been reported dead after he was crushed to death by PVC pipes in Limerick on Friday morning.

A truck driver, 62, was unloading a bed of PVC pipes when the straps became loosened and crashed into him, Philly.com reports.

The incident occurred at around 8 a.m. at the N.H. Yates business on 56 Lightcap Road, according to the Pottstown Mercury.

He was found dead by employees who arrived when the business opened.
