Dump Truck Flips In Charlestown Township Saturday: East Whiteland Fire Company

A dump truck flipped this weekend in Charlestown Township, according to the East Whiteland Fire Company.

Crews responded to Charlestown Road near Tree Lane in Charlestown Township at about 2:13 p.m. Saturday for an overturned dump truck and to assist the Kimberton Fire Company, the fire company said.

The crash forced responders to close Charlestown Road at Hollow Road for traffic control and to allow tow truck access.

Abel Brothers Towing removed the crashed truck from the scene, according to the fire company.

The fire company said the driver was taken to a medical facility and their condition is unknown.
