Delco Man Facing 50 Felony Counts Of Child Pornography: District Attorney
Authorities say they found over 5,000 child pornography images on the man's electronic devices.

A Delaware County man is facing over 100 total counts of felony charges stemming from a digital investigation into child pornography that yielded over 5,000 images, according to the Delaware County District Attorney's Office.
Allan Wickersham, 60, of Yeadon Borough, has been charged with 50 felony counts of child pornography; 51 felony counts of criminal use of a communication facility; and one felony count of attempted dissemination of child pornography, according to the DA's office and court records.
Wickersham was arrested in after Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division Det. Sgt. Kenneth Bellis and Det. Edmond Pisani of the Delaware County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant in August on Wickersham's home, where he admitted to being attracted to 10-year-old girls and to using a the internet to search for child pornography, according to the DA's office.

Several electronic devices were seized, including a Gateway desktop computer and HP laptop, which a forensic examination of the computers and devices later revealed more than 5,000 images, with some showing children between the ages of 10-14 years, which included images that depicted bondage, penetration and/or attempted penetration of a child, the DA's office said.
Authorities obtained a search warrant after using digital tools to determine Wickersham's IP address while investigating child pornography sharing online, the DA's office said.

Wickersham was arraigned on Dec. 9 by Magisterial District Judge Jack Lippart and released on $400,000 unsecured bail, court records show.
He is schedule to appear before Lippart on Dec. 20 for his preliminary hearing.
