A 32-year-old Nazareth man accused of raping a 14-year-old girl and sexually assaulting another 14-year-old girl is in Northampton County Prison tonight after failing to post $165,000 bail.
Jason Lippincott of the 200 block of Lackawanna Avenue was arraigned Wednesday in front of District Judge Todd Strohe on charges of rape, criminal attempt, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and related charges.
According to court records, Lippincott repeatedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl between October 2011 and March 2012. The alleged assaults, court records say, occurred at two different locations in the borough.
Lippincott also allegedly provided the girl alcohol, fondled her and tried to force her to perform oral sex, according to court records.
For the alleged sexual assault of another 14-year-old girl on May 4, according to court records, Lippincott faces charges of aggravated indecent assault, criminal attempt, corruption of minors, false imprisonment, harassment and related charges.
Lippincott was arrested by Officer Stephen Schleig after a lengthy investigation, according to police.
