Resident On PCP Calls Police To Describe Hallucinations: Cops

A resident who called Upper Makefield Police while on PCP prompted a humorous Public Service Announcement from the local cops.
The incident inspired local police to post this "quick PSA" to their Facebook page Sunday:
"When high on PCP, do not call 911 and report your hallucinations as real.. We don't take kindly to that. That is all and we hope everyone has great night."
