FBI Agent Shoots Dog In Center City Philadelphia
The FBI confirmed one of its agents shot a dog Monday night outside a Center City Philadelphia apartment building.
PHILADELPHIA — A off-duty FBI agent is accused of shooting and killing a dog in Center City Philadelphia Monday night.
The incident occurred at about 8 p.m. on the 1500 block of Spruce Street, NBC10 reports.
According to the FBI, the agent shot an aggressive dog.

"The FBI takes all shooting incidents involving our agents or task force members seriously," the FBI said in a statement. "We are working jointly with the Philadelphia Police Department and the FBI’s Inspection Division to investigate the incident."
Video circulating social media purports to show two dogs and another in a fight or a struggle.

One of the dog owners shot one of the dogs involved, according to Action News.
It's unclear if the agent has been charged with any crimes.
"The Philadelphia Police Department is aware of this incident, we cannot confirm or ID anyone involved at this point of the investigation," police said in a statement to Patch. "There is no other releasable information."
