Smoking SEPTA Train Cars Cause Evacuation Friday Morning
SEPTA officials said smoke was coming from two train cars on the West Trenton line, forcing riders off at North Broad.

SEPTA riders were forced off trains this morning after smoke showed in two train cars, according to SEPTA officials.
Smoke came from the SEPTA cars on train #6327 Friday morning, forcing riders coming from West Trenton to Center City off the train at the North Broad station
SEPTA officials said the displaced riders where then picked up by another train that continued to their destinations.

No one was injured in the incident, SEPTA officials said.
As of Friday morning, the cause for the smoking cars is unknown and SEPTA is investigating the incident.
