Phoenixville Fire Department Fighting Local Barn Fire: Officials

Responders from around the Phoenixville area fought a barn fire in East Pikeland Township on Tuesday afternoon, fire officials said.

The Phoenixville Fire Department said they sent Ladder 65 and Engine 65-1 to the barn on Spring Hollow Road.

They joined the Liberty Steam Fire Company at the scene.

The East Whiteland Fire Company has sent an engine to Phoenixville to cover the borough while other units are busy.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.

No injuries have been reported.
