Sidewalk work is expected to be complete on Bridge Street by the end of 2013  Borough officials tell Patch.

New Sidewalks are being installed from the 600 block to the 200 block with money from a federal grant. When finished there will be new sidewalks from the Bank Street on the north end to Nutt Road on the south end of the Bridge Street project.

Phoenixville Borough Project Manager Kelly Getzfread tells Patch the sidewalks should all be complete along Bridge street by the end of the year. She says the brick part of the sidewalk project in the 200 block of Bridge was completed in 2008 and the concrete work on the southern end of the project is being worked on right now.
