WATCH: Wednesday's Dump Truck Fire In Phoenixville

Emergency personnel descended on the 300 block of Bridge Street on Wednesday afternoon as debris in the body of a dump truck began to light on fire.

When firefighters arrived the driver was already spraying water on the trash, which limited the spread of the flames, officials said.

The trash was then dumped in a nearby lot, owned by the driver, so the fire department could completely extinguish the blaze.

Engine 65-1 & Engine 65-2 responded to the incident.

No injuries were reported.
