West Conshohocken High Rise Sells for $70 Million

Just over the river, a high rise building sold for $70 million big ones.

According to costar.com, Five Tower Bridge office building was sold to MIM-Hayden, a Pennsylvania-based investment firm.

"[The property at] 300 Barr Harbor Dr. in West Conshohocken, Pa. from KBSII Tower Bridge LLC for $70 million, or about $315 per square foot," said the site.

Costar said the structure is 12 years old.

"The 11-story, 222,058-square-foot, class A office tower was constructed in 2001 on nine acres in the Conshohocken submarket of Montgomery County, part of the Tower Bridge building park," said the site.

The building is noted for its white and green exterior.

"Designed by Skidmore, Ownings & Merrill, it offers the style and finishes of a world class, downtown-quality office building, including a stunning, two-story, Italian verde marble lobby, landscaped entrance plaza with a riverview terrace, full-height, high-speed, book-matched exotic wood-paneled elevators, and a white precast and green Solex glass exterior," said the Five Tower Bridge website.

In the sale, Realtor Robert Fahey of CBRE represented the seller.
