Lower Pottsgrove: "HALLOWEEN IS ON," the township declared on its website. "We ask that residents please use caution when enjoying the evening with their families and please observe normal curfew rules," which go into effect at 9:30 p.m. for anyone under age 18.

West Pottsgrove: The township invited residents to participate in trick-or-treating from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. this evening.

Pottstown: The Mercury reported "Trick or treating from 6 to 8 p.m." No information regarding trick-or-treating or other Halloween activities was posted on the borough's website. Patch was unable to get through to Pottstown Borough Hall by telephone Wednesday.
