Man Dies In Montgomery County Motorcycle Crash

UPPER POTTSGROVE, PA -- One man is dead after a motorcycle crash in Montgomery County Tuesday night.

The incident occurred at about 5:20 p.m. on Farmington Avenue at the northbound exit of Route 100, according to a press release from the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.

Phoenixville's Heide Ott was turning her red Mazda sedan onto Farmington as the motorcycle crashed into the side of her car, the Pottstown Mercury reports.

Paul Damiano, 55, the driver of the motorcycle, was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital where he was pronounced dead just after 8 p.m., according to coroner Scott Grim. 

He was not wearing a helmet, according to reports.
