Another Arrest For Online Threats In Delaware County
David Milbourne, 23, threatened police over social media in response to the arrest of a girl, 17, for school violence threats, reports say.

Another arrest has been made in conjunction with an online threat of violence at a Delaware County school district — but this time the threat was against police officers.
David Milbourne, 23, of Media has been charged with threatening Chester police after they arrested a teen girl who said she was going to shoot students in Delaware County, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. He faces charges of terroristic threats and harassment.
Milbourne posted the threats against law enforcement on Facebook and Instagram in response to the 17-year-old girl’s arrest, 6ABC reports.

The 17-year-old girl is in custody after posting this to Instagram Tuesday evening: “I’m coming tomorrow shooting up every Chester Upland School District School, Chester Community Charter School (Both), and Chichester High School as well “all blacks must die.”
Police and the FBI are investigating and have not said yet if they believe the threat was valid.

Chichester School District Superintendent Dr. Kathy Sherman released the following statement Tuesday via Facebook:
“An instagram message was circulated on social media this evening. Police and Authorities were notified immediately and are working to determine its credibility,” she wrote. “At this time, we do not have any further information. Due to the late time, we will update you via the Alert system in the morning. Please know that the safety of our students and staff is our main priority.”
