Two Injured After Car Crashes Into Part Of Darby Creek Wednesday Morning: Radnor Fire Company

The car crashed into tributary of Darby Creek amid freezing temperatures.

Radnor Fire Company and other local emergency crews had to rescue two people whose vehicle crashed into Darby Creek Wednesday morning, according to the fire company.

At about 7 a.m., the vehicle crashed in the area of Saw Mill Road and Earles Lane in Radnor, and then ended up in a tributary connecting to Darby Creek, the fire company said.

Fire and EMS crews worked to remove two subjects from the vehicle that came to rest in a tributary connected to Darby Creek.

The fire company said both people suffered minor injuries and were taken to Bryn Mawr Hospital for treatment.

The scene was clear by 8:30 a.m. and Radnor Fire Company was assisted at the scene by Berwyn Fire Company and Newtown Square Fire Company.
