Radnor Election Results

May 21 was the Pennsylvania Primary Election, which included a number of municipal races and four ballot questions for Radnor Township voters.

Turnout for the off-year Primary was low.

In the race for Board of School Directors, the four Democratic and four Republican candidates each won their respective primaries. School board candidates can "cross file," meaning Democrats can vote for Republican candidates and vice versa.

From the numbers it appears like the Republican candidates got more of its voters out to the polls:

Susan Michaelson (R)- 1234

David Falcone (R) -1174

Martin Heldring (R) - 1166

Lydia Solomon (D) -1099

Susan Stern (D) - 986

Jim Link (R) -957

Bruce Lenthall (D) - 853

Rob Armstrong (D) - 848

According to the county, Radnor voters answered "Yes" to its four ballot questions.

In the race for Treasurer, incumbent Republican John Osborne received 1,139 votes from Republican voters and Democratic challenger Bill Spingler received 838 Democratic votes.
