Seeking Arrangement helps students find benefactors who will pay college tuition.

The sugar baby-sugar daddy pairing website Seeking Arrangement provided figures showing Temple was the highest growing school for sugar babies seeking sugar daddies.

In 2016, the site reports 296 new users at Temple signed up to seek financial help with their education. It reports the total number of sugar babies in 2017 is 1,068.

Seeking Arrangement calls the arrangements it cultivates "Mutually Beneficial Relationships."

"An arrangement is where people are direct with one another and stop wasting time," the website says. "It allows people to immediately define what they need and want in a relationship. Our profiles allow members to effortlessly state their expectations."

Seeking Arrangement founder Brandon Wade says on the website that "romantic relationships can only work if two people agree on what they expect, and what they can give and receive from each other" and compares that to business relationships.
