A man wanted in a grisly murder in Milton, Mass., has been captured.

Joslyn Bailey, 48, was arrested in Allentown on I-78 over the weekend,  according to LehighValleyLive.com.

On Christmas morning 1995, authorities found the body of a young man behind Milton Town Hall. Police said Bailey had shot the man to death in Boston and wrapped his body before disposing of it behind the building.

On Saturday, Bailey's vehicle was stopped by police for a traffic violation. He gave an officer a fake name, according to Lehigh Valley Live. Police said he had $25,000 in the vehicle.

Bailey was being held without bail.
