Berwyn Church To Hold Foot Race (VIDEO)

“...Let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith...” (Hebrews 12:1-2)

Trinity Presbyterian Church, Berwyn, PA is holding its 6th Annual 5K Run/Walk and Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, November 7, 2015.

The family friendly Run/Walk which is open to the public will begin promptly at 9:00 AM at the church parking lot, winds through the village of Berwyn, and ends back at the church. It is followed by a free pancake breakfast with coffee and entertainment in our Fellowship Hall.

A Kids Fun Run is also being planned this year, and free childcare is available for 5K participants.

There will be an awards ceremony at 10:30 AM to recognize runners/walkers at various levels of participation. $100 cash prizes will be awarded to the first place overall male and female runners and commemorative medal awards will be given to the 1st place male and female runners in eight categories.

Online registration and printable registration forms are available on the event website www.berwyntrinity5K.org. Registration fee per runner/walker is $25.00, $30.00 on race day. The deadline for online registration is Thursday, November 5th. Race day registration opens at 7:45 AM at the Church. Registration includes an event bag full of samples, coupons, and a long sleeve performance event shirt (guaranteed to all registrants who sign up by October 29th and while supplies last).

Proceeds from this event will go towards outreach efforts in Berwyn and throughout the world.
