Berwyn's Nectar Serves Cocktails With Fresh Grown Tomatoes

TREDYFFRIN, PA -- August is the peak of tomato season and Nectar's garden is brimming with vine ripened heirloom tomatoes, the restaurant said in a press release.

Chef Patrick Feury and mixologist Christina Cunningham have created two dishes and a cocktail, fresh from the garden, the release states.

Tomato lovers will see red with Nectar Water Mary Nectar garden heirloom tomato water, steeped thai basil, lemon thyme, rosemary, fresh horseradish and state side vodka ($12); Nectar Heirloom Garden Tomato Salad cow and goat's milk burrata, organic rosemary cracker ($12); and Tea Smoked Salmon roasted Nectar heirloom tomatoes, house kim chi, chile and tomato vinaigrette ($28).
