Gas Prices Remain Steady this Week

In the last month, gas prices have jumped about 30 cents in Upper Macungie, but this last week saw little change, according to AAA’s Fuel Gauge Report.

The surge in gasoline prices has been driven somewhat by rising crude oil prices but more directly because of refinery maintenance issues. This has meant less gasoline being produced and fewer supplies, which has pushed prices higher.
